Our independently owned company has a management board with over 20 years’ experience in medical assistance and travel risk management. We do not operate large call centre style offices and pride ourselves on providing a highly personalised service. We know that good communication is key when managing complex and stressful overseas medical cases and we are committed to providing clear, professional advice and updates in a way that is easy to process and understand.
Our medical team undertakes regular clinical practice in hospitals and primary care centres which ensures that they are up to date with latest and best clinical practice. In addition, they have a deep understanding of aviation medicine and global healthcare systems ensuring that we make the best assessments and recommendations for our patients, wherever they are in the world.
Our team provides support 24hrs a day 7 days a week in order to react to situations at anytime anywhere in the world.

At all times being extremely supportive and thoughtful. I made enquires with a number of your competitors but Med ResQ were by far the most responsive, helpful and at the same time competitively priced (Sorry that is always a factor). Just after initial contact you provided letters, advice and documents in the local language prior to receiving the Case opening fee, enabling us to proceed in a timely manner, this was much appreciated, as well as booking and holding the flight whilst we transferred funds.
